What to do

1.

Make your tea as per the blend instructions on the other side of this leaflet.

2.

Get your sniff on - once you've poured the tea, give the empty pot and see what you can smell. Compare it to the smell of the dried leaves. Jot your observations down.

3.

Taste the tea black first - schlurp it like you would do soup that's *just* too hot, and pause for a second to consider what you can taste - write down whatever you get - no wrong answers here.

4.

If you like milk in your tea, try it now and notice what you taste more or less of once you've added milk into the mix.
