    Proper Tea Deserves Proper Kit

And they're a dream to hold - honestly see if you can leave it on the table whilst it cools, you've got no chance. The matching jug means you can add milk in afterwards - no more splashing milk into the bottom of your cup, hoping there’s not too much.

Beautiful mug, and some of the best (human) customer service

This (lovely) mug was a replacement for one that broke in transit. I emailed the team, and got a response the same day, offering to ship a replacement. This was dispatched almost immediately. No arguing with AI chatbots, just a very helpful and friendly human

The mug is beautiful, the correct size for a proper cuppa, and fine for the dishwasher.
