    As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

    Brewing tea should be simple and satisfying - so we redesigned the teapot from scratch. No mess, no faff, no need for a strainer (or doilies). Just loads of room for the leaves to release their flavour.
    The inside scoop

    The stainless steel strainer gives the rolled whole leaves more space to absorb more water, giving you a tastier cup of tea. It's also much easier to remove and clean than a basket.

    The pot base is made from borosilicate glass so it's tough, retains heat and you can see exactly what's going on inside. It holds 400ml of water.

    The silicone ring and dot help protect your fingers whilst adding a splash of colour to your brewtime - pick a colour that matches your flair, favourite blend, or other kit.

      This is a great product but in my family we are always drinking so after time it dose start to stain but we’ve had it a good few years and has worked really well it is also a great gift

      , I first saw it at the Honey Farm New Quay wales and they gave me your company details, it was a delicious cup of tea with a delicious piece of cake. The lady there encouraged me to purchase it and I brought the tea leaves and scoop from them, when I got home I checked your website and purchased the teapot to make a gift for my daughter Inlaw and then you sent me an email showing the gift set with tea in a tin and brought another set for son Inlaw. I am really pleased as it’s a lovely gift for Christmas

      Fantastic and worth the money

      I was looking for a fine meshed tea brewing pot for some time. Most would be top down, dipping the infuser into the water only for the first pour or two. This is a much better way, allowing the tea to continue to brew as you pour. It was more expensive than the other options, but is well built and worth the extra money.

      Love the pot

      It’s great to be using loose leaf tea rather than teabags (thinking of the environment). Makes a healthy amount of tea, looks good in my kitchen, is a neat way of straining that delicious liquor into a mug…. AND the big bonus is that I can see the brew strength.
