All about
Lemon Breakfast Tea

Hello Twisted Breakfast.

A classic cup of tea, but with go faster stripes. Rolled leaves and a strong, punchy Breakfast Tea taste, but with delectable twists from flavours that pair perfectly.

It's as ubiquitous as ice and a slice, this 'tea with lemon' thing. Every time we launched a Tasting Club blend with a whiff of citrus, it sold out and cries of 'more!' were heard for months on end afterwards. So here it is. With a snifter of citrus, we've taken a perfectly strong breakfast tea made it just that bit sunnier.

Brewing Tip

*We brew this one for 4 minutes at Tea HQ.

400ml is perfect for 5g of loose leaf Twisted Vanilla Breakfast. If you're using a tea bag, 300ml is bang on.

Brewing this one is all about finding just how you like it. Try brewing for 3-4 minutes black, or 4-5 minutes with milk. Your tea will start tasting bitter if it’s left to brew for too long so if you fancy a stronger cup, add some more tea leaves.

Wait until the brewing time is up before adding milk. It's worth the wait - it keeps the brewing temperature hot, so the leaves can work their magic.

Rolled whole leaves. No dust, ever.

Our tea is made from the freshest rolled whole leaves - two leaves and a bud from the top of the tea plant, gently rolled and dried. The result is a much better tea and a richer, tastier cup.
