As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

400ml is perfect for 5g of loose leaf tea. If you're using a tea bag, 300ml is bang on. A 3-4 minute brew is the best way to get the full flavour from the ginger, orange and cinnamon.
Brewing Tip
Your tea will start tasting bitter if it’s left to brew for too long so if you fancy a stronger cup, add some more tea leaves.
