Love tea?
It's a bit of pre-requisite at Tea HQ. If your day starts, ends, and is puncuated by a pot of tea, you're in a great position to help us convert a few more drinkers onto the cause of rolled whole leaves.
There are current opportunities listed below, but we're always happy to hear from you if you think you'd be a good fit - email hello@berwteacompany.co.uk with a quick email about yourself.
Stockist Account Manager
Location: Tea HQ, Manchester
If you've had previous sales experience in channels such as contract catering, hotels and national distributors, or if you've worked in sales within a relevant industry, but you really want to get behind tea, then feel free to join us at HQ.
You'll need to be tirelessly passionate about convincing the unconvinced that rolled whole leaves really are what Drinkers want (and luckily, we've got 100,000 Drinkers to help you prove that you're right).
What we're looking for:
Previous experience is essential. A full driving licence too. You ought to be a happy traveller, passionate about foodservice and a bit of an extrovert.
How to apply
Send over a written summary of your previous experience to icoulddothatjob@brewteacompany.co.uk or by clicking here.
Marketing Assistant
Location: Tea HQ, Manchester
A perfect role for someone who has some previous experience working in food and drink, or for a similar company. Experience with digital marketing is essential, but as rolled whole leaves are best enjoyed in real life, there are going to be events, dear applicant, events. And as with all marketing roles these days, you need to be comfortable with a raft of digital platforms.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience is needed for this role, as is a driving licence. This role will involve travel for important events, so excellent planning skills, comfort with public speaking and a love of tea are expected.

what sorts of roles can come up at tea hq?
Tea HQ has a factory and office in Manchester at present, so roles are as diverse. To give you a favour, in a given week, activities will include blending or packing tea, wrapping orders, organising pallet racking, purchase planning, tasting tea, stocktaking, answering the phone, managing special projects, attending shows and events, designing packaging - indeed, at some points in the year, we've been known to have to pull up our sleeves and dig in outside of our usual job. So if working in a dynamic, fast-paced but passionate and tea-obsessed business sounds exciting, you can feel free to leave a speculative cover letter for any future roles that aren't yet listed onsite.
what sorts of roles can come up outside of tea hq?
There are plans afoot. We want to take rolled whole leaves and make them a global star. The good news is that there are a huge number of possible places in the world where tea like this isn't a new or scary prospect, so our plan is to start there. If you're already brewing decent tea at home and want to try to convert more Drinkers and find more Stockists where you live, get in touch
