    Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day with Royal Mail, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, click here.
    As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

    Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

      Thrilled!

      As the jar of chutney toppled from the cupboard I held my breath, would it miss the teapot? It didn’t!

      I was thrilled to see I could order just the glass as a replacement. Wonderful. I was only without my dear little one person pot for a day. Thank you for excellent service. I celebrated by ordering some new teas. Haven’t tried them yet.

      I love my teapot

      I have been a Brew Tea customer for many years now. I love Brew Tea. My Mum accidentally broke my teapot which was a total disaster for me as I’m sure you can imagine. My replacement teapot arrived promptly & I was able to get back to drinking amazing tea again. It was great that I didn’t have to buy a full new teapot & end up with a lid that I didn’t need. Great work Brew Tea Co. Stay awesome. P.S. I did forgive my Mum eventually ☺️
