Ceylon Tea

Smooth, sweet and slightly rich, Ceylon is a great all-rounder. We use it in some of our other blends because it's such a fresh, versatile leaf. But here it has a chance to shine on its own - expect a light, but punchy cup.
Chocolatey & Sweet
Try our Ceylon with a blackcurrant tart. It's a killer combination of sweet, sharp and delicious.

100° Brew Temperature
3-5 Minutes
400ml is perfect for 5g of loose leaf tea. If you're using a tea bag, 300ml is bang on.

Brewing Tip

Your tea will start tasting bitter if it’s left to brew for too long so if you fancy a stronger cup, add some more tea leaves.

Ceylon is a great all-rounder. We use it in some of our blends because it's such a fresh, versatile leaf, but here it has a chance to shine on its own. It's smooth and slightly rich with some seriously sweet chocolatey notes – especially great with dessert. Try it black first.

    J'adore

Il a un goût merveilleux. À mon avis, il est plus complexe que l'Assam. C'est mon choix pour l'après-midi

    Taste of childhood

Brew Tea Co.'s Ceylon tea is a beautifully lighter black tea. When I brew this tea, obviously done to perfection in their teapot, the taste immediately transports me back to a childhood holiday. I was lucky enough to spend a few days staying in a tea plantation in Sri Lanka where I tasted tea for the first time. This tea tasting kicked off a life long love of tea. Brew Tea Co.'s Ceylon tea, with every sip, transports me straight back to that tea plantation where my love of the the little leaf with hot water began.

This Ceylon tea is perfectly matched with a fruit scone whilst sat in the garden on a sunny afternoon.
