As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

    Fabulous Quality and Attention to Detail

    I absolutely love the mug and can't tell a difference from brewing in a teapot. The packaging/presentation was just lovely, it arrived quickly, and the tote is adorable. The tea is such a treat! It's just as I remembered from my travels to the UK. Now that I know what I was missing, I can never go back to dusty 'tea' flakes in a bag!
