Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day with Royal Mail, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, click here.
As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

The inside scoop

Brewing tea should be simple and satisfying - so we redesigned the teapot from scratch. No mess, no faff, no need for a strainer (or doilies). Just loads of room for the leaves to release their flavour.
The inside scoop

The stainless steel strainer gives the rolled whole leaves more space to absorb more water, giving you a tastier cup of tea. It's also much easier to remove and clean than a basket.

The pot base is made from borosilicate glass so it's tough, retains heat and you can see exactly what's going on inside. It holds 400ml of water.

The silicone ring and dot help protect your fingers whilst adding a splash of colour to your brewtime - pick a colour that matches your flair, favourite blend, or other kit.

    Not going back to regular teapots.

    I had been pondering about buying this teapot for a while but I wanted to actually see and touch it before purchasing. One day, I went hiking in the Peak District and a cafe in the area served the tea I ordered in this pot. I liked it, so I bought it! I feel like my tea time has become even more enjoyable thanks to this. Easy to clean, too. I was torn between the ceramic pot and this colour, but I am very happy I chose this!

    Perfect pot for proper tea!

    This pot is perfect to brew tea for one, a hot mug full of proper tea made the proper way!

    Solid yet modern and elegant, just love it!

    Bought it as a present for my son on his promotion....perfect for his new posh office!!!

    Festive teapot for one

    The lovely teapot arrived safely. We love our own, bought a couple of years ago in Northumberland but this one, together with the tea, is a Christmas present for our daughter who is always grumbling that teapots don’t pour properly. We think she will be pleasantly surprised.

    So ask me what she thought sometime in the New Year.
