    Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, just shoot us an email if you have any questions: hello@brewteacompany.co.uk
    As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

    Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

    3-5 Minutes
    400ml is perfect for 5g of loose leaf tea. If you're using a tea bag, 300ml is bang on. Brewing this one is all about finding just how you like it. Try brewing for 3-4 minutes black, or 4-5 minutes with milk.

    Brewing Tip

    Your tea will start tasting bitter if it’s left to brew for too long so if you fancy a stronger cup, add some more tea leaves.

      Simply The Best Loose Tea Leaves 🍃

      I’ve tried a few loose tea leaves and this one beats the ones you get at supermarkets and I love the rolled tea leaves and the look of the teas floating in my new glass tea pot.. I’m obsessed! I do boil my kettle to 100 degrees and then I always get a long spoon and mix the tea leaves a few times and then let it sit in the teapot for five minutes as I love a strong cup of tea and I wouldn’t ever go back to traditional loose tea leaves from the supermarket! 🙌
