3 scoops (15g) of loose leaf or 1 pitcher tea bags is perfect.
This makes 1 litre of strong tea to customise. After brewing, dilute 1 part water to 1 part tea. Sweeten & zest up to taste and add ice.
Prepping in advance? Swap the 1 litre of boiling water for 1 litre of cold water and leave your tea to brew overnight in the fridge for 8-12 hours. Strain/remove the bag. Sweeten if you prefer and add ice & lemon slices.
Brewing Tip
Check that all-important brewing temperature (85°, not boiling) especially if you're worried about finding this too astringent. Want it fresher? A squeeze of lemon willdo the trick. For a little extra rosiness add a sprinkle of dried rose petals.
