This blend is a belter. We mix rolled, whole and malty Assam tea leaves with traditional 'masala' spices - cinnamon, ginger and pepper. It's aromatic, spicy and warming. Don't forget the honey and maybe some hot milk.
Spiced & Bright
Try our Chai with a buttery sticky toffee pudding, for a spiced twist on a classic dessert.

How To Brew

How to Brew

1 Scoop
100° Boiling Water
3-5 Minutes
400ml is perfect for 5g of loose leaf tea. If you're using a tea bag, 300ml is bang on.

Brewing Tip

Your tea will start tasting bitter if it’s left to brew for too long so if you fancy a stronger cup, add some more tea leaves.
Ingredients

Ingredients

Assam Black Tea, Cardamom, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves, Black Pepper

Origins

This blend is a belter. We mix a malty Assam with traditional 'masala' spices – cinnamon, ginger and pepper. Brew it up strong and add honey and milk for a much more representative chai that'll knock the spots off any sugary coffee shop 'chai latte' you've had recently.

    Loving this

Have become slightly obsessed with the matching tins and a variety of teas - the problem is I don't know which to choose now I have so many varieties. This chai is lovely.

    My all-time favourite

Chai is probably my favourite tea to brew. It's nice to vary it a little but no matter what, I always find my chai tin empty before anything else I have as well! I find it's best on its own, but you can brew it into a latte easily enough (which is far better than a sugary chai latte from a cafe)!

    Hey Gabriel,

Chai has a habit of disappearing from the tin much faster than expected! ;-)I am really pleased you're enjoying it on its own, and we couldn't agree more that a homemade chai latte is hard to beat.

    Cheers,
    Giuliana
