    Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, just shoot us an email if you have any questions: hello@brewteacompany.co.uk
    As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

    Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

    400ml is perfect for 5g of loose leaf tea. If you're using a tea bag, 300ml is bang on.

    Brewing Tip

    Your tea will start tasting bitter if it’s left to brew for too long so if you fancy a stronger cup, add some more tea leaves.

      Great tea

      After buying and trying the breakfast tea which was delicious I thaught after reading other reviews I'd try the Assam this time.

      A wonderful smooth tea with a drop of milk and honey.

      So far I have been extremely impressed with the quality of both, with the Assam just ahead.

      Can't wait to try another once I have finished this order.

      Consistently Good Tea

      Been with BT” for about 4 years and will be with them for the next 4’. I get the Assam and the Earl Grey loose leaf and have enjoyed the quality tea. Combined with my Quooker boiling water tap it is quick and easy to make a lovely pot of tea. They have great customer service too. (Top Tip- we put the used tea leaves in the BIO bin and the leftover tea water on the plants)
