How long does delivery usually take?

If you've paid for next-day delivery, you should receive it the next working day. The rest of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class - this is usually next day but can take up to 4 working days. If you're worried, just give us a call and we'll check its progress.

I want the postman to leave my parcel in a safe place - where do I write this note?

Add any delivery instructions to the 'special instructions' part of the site and we'll see it.

Can I return something if I don't like it?

The first thing you should do is contact us to see if there's anything else we can do to help, but we do accept returns. You will need to arrange to ship back the item at your own expense, and we do recommend using a tracked delivery service just in case anything goes wrong. Once we receive your item we will contact you and proceed with an exchange or refund, whichever has been agreed.

I need to change something on my order - how do I do that?

The best way to change anything on your order is to call 08433 092 166 as soon as you can. We ship orders out same day if they're in before 1pm, so the sooner the better. That said, it's never really too late, so feel free to call if there's a problem after the order has shipped.

I read the Brew Times and have a discount code to use - where do I pop it in?

After you hit checkout, you'll get to an order summary screen where you can enter your code. Pop it in there.

This is a gift - can I get it in an unbranded box?

Yes - your secret's safe with us. Just add a note to the 'special instructions' part of the site and we'll see it. Excellent present choice, by the way.

When does the next series of Tea Cards drop?

Great news - keep an eye out in boxes from May 2017!

How big is your teapot in 'cups of tea' terms?

It's a mug or two teacups. Or one and a bit of those not-quite-a-mug-but-bigger-than-a-cup cups.

Why don't discount codes work for International delivery?

International delivery is something we need to improve, but as it stands we'll need to be a smidge bigger to get our hands on those elusive competitive shipping rates. Watch this space.

What do you do with my personal data?

Nothing that you wouldn't want us to - we do not share data with third parties, we do not store your payment details and we never contact you unless you have given us express permission to do so. If you want us to stop contacting you, find out what information we have or delete your account, just email hello@brewteacompany.co.uk for help.
