Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day with Royal Mail, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, click here.
As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

    An absolute must if you're a tea fan!

    I was recently recommended Brew Tea Co from a good friend and I was after a small brewing kit for myself here at home. The speckled brewing set was just the ticket and is super cute in the warming and happy yellow colour. Well packed and super quick delivery, it made my day when it arrived and makes me smile every time I use the kit to make the perfect cup of tea!

    Lovely cheerful tea kit

    I love this tea kit. I have the original glass teapot which I use all the time but my eye was caught by this classy ceramic one which I thought would be lovely to use for friends when they visit. The mug and little milk jug complement it well. So pleased with my purchase.

    Wrapped and packed beautifully, the set is lovely and makes a great cup of tea! The order was fufilled very fast and its nice to be able to suppot a local company will definitely order more teas in the future!
