Recipe: Earl Grey & Orange Iced Tea.

Earl Grey is one of our favourite blends to get creative in the kitchen with, it's one of our main three blends that we like cold brewing with. We've tried and tested a few recipes, and we think we've come up with your new fave with extra fresh orange juice and vanilla, read on this way.

This classic already has a fantastic citrusy taste, made even punchier with extra fresh orange juice. Bob in a bit of vanilla and plenty of ice for a superbly refreshing summer drink.

YOUR NEW FAVE RIGHT THIS WAY.

Earl Grey and Orange

1  Pop 4 scoops of Loose Leaf Earl Grey in 800ml of cold water.
2  Add 2 opened vanilla pods.
3  Stick it straight in the fridge to cold brew overnight. You’ll need to leave this one for at least 12 hours.
Strain from the leaves and add the juice of 2 freshly squeezed oranges.

SPICE IT UP
Add 100ml of your favourite bourbon.

Serve over ice, with a good slice of orange. If you’re feeling fancy, add a vanilla pod and you’ve got a cocktail that really looks the part.
