Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day with Royal Mail, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, click here.
As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

    Replacement Glass

    We love the new packaging the replacement glass arrived in. We've found it really useful being able to just buy the replacement glass as the lids last for ages. This is our second replacement due to dropping and cracking the pot. It's a great product.

    Replacement glass for my lid!

    This was out of stock at the end of last year, but how marvellous that you messaged me, as you promised, as soon as they were available! I've bought two this time, as we are both a bit clumsy sometimes :) Great product, good price, swift delivery. Thank you! (Somewhere in the house we have another lid - but it's still hiding at the moment!) I love that if I have a query or an issue there is always someone I can call or message. You're a great team!
