Raspberry Lemonade Iced Tea

Rated 4.8 out of 5 stars

A big, bold mouthful of citrussy, sharp raspberry goodness that matches so well with this rich tea base. This is a belter of a blend with so much going on, you might find yourself into unsweetened, straight up iced tea. And not only does it taste excellent, it looks the part too.

How To Brew

How to Brew

3 Scoop
100° Brew Temperature
5+ Minutes
3 scoops (15g) of loose leaf or 1 pitcher tea bags is perfect. This makes 1 litre of strong tea to customise. After brewing, dilute 1 part water to 1 part tea. Sweeten to taste, add ice and lemon & grapefruit slices. Prepping in advance? Swap the 1 litre of boiling water for 1 litre of cold water and leave your tea to brew overnight in the fridge for 8-12 hours. Strain/remove the bag. Sweeten if you prefer and add ice & citrus slices.

Brewing Tip

If you’ve got a complimentary cordial at home (e.g. ginger), feel free to experiment. Kick it up a notch with a few chilli flakes, freshly sliced ginger - or both if you like it spicy.

    I had high hopes

The flavour profile sounded really good so I was looking forward to having it as a cold drink. The flavour didn't really come through and I wasn't impressed. Now what do I do with the rest of the bags as no-one in the family enjoyed it.

    Hi Bilkis,

Sorry to hear that the Raspberry Lemonade Iced Tea didn't quite deliver the flavour you were expecting! With the Pitcher teabags if you let it brew in boiling water for 5m minutes you will get a really strong tea concentrate rather than brewing it in cold water and leaving it overnight in the fridge. I would recommend giving that method a go instead, if you are finding that the tea flavour a bit too on the light side.

We recommend sweetening the tea to your preference with a bit of sugar or honey and lastly you will wanting to add plenty of fresh lemon slices to really bring the citrus flavour to life. Hopefully using some of these tips you can enjoy the Iced tea :)

    Raspberry Tangy Goodness

Had to at least try the newer flavours, and was not disappointed. I actually prefer to make my iced tea using lemonade, so arguably that will impact on the final flavour, but I've found it to be the best and simplest way to get the sweetness I want without having to mix in various extra ingredients. The raspberry lemonade flavour is very nice, will be even better during nicer weather for sure!
