    This is one of those blends that really proves there is no definitive 'tea' taste. This is black tea without the usual connotations - it's light, smooth, with hints of smoke and a touch of caramel. Our Keemun is most definitely best enjoyed black, but a light splash of milk with also work.

    Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, just shoot us an email if you have any questions: hello@brewteacompany.co.uk
    As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

    Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

    Keemun won't go bitter like other black teas as it's a completely different brewing experience, and it should most definitely be tried black first.

      Well, this one is a bit tasty isn't it?

      I was keen to try it as it was described as smoky... but I must admit, I didn't really get that. However because I adore the Lapsang and usually end up adding some of that to everything, I'm probably desensitised to more subtle smoke profiles.

      Regardless of that though, this is one of those teas that when you take your first sip, it's just 'right'. Really flavourful... particularly as it does seem like you can't accidentally "stew" it and so get that beautiful colour. So for those that aren't keen on smokey teas, you'll be "reet" with this one. For those that love a bit Lapsang "big" smokey flavouring, dont try it for that reason, but DO try it as it's a stonking brew!!

      Pleseant tea with which to start the day

      while I do enjoy Lapsang, it can be a bit much to start the day with; I find keemun much more subtle and good for after breakfast.

      So smokey tea is not my absolute favourite but I'll make an exception for this. Tried with and without milk. Actual delicate smokey flavour and aromatic.

      Keemun does have that gentle smoky edge without taking over the whole cup. Do you prefer it with milk or black?
