As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

High value mugs in large family
I have 3 of these mug sets in my home, I have to hunt from room to room for them,each time i need one.
They are hands down the family's favourite mugs. I'm the one who drinks the most loose leaf tea,they do you really need the jug and tea strainer and lid, they use then for coffee and fizzy juice,but they say, they feel nice....they do,I think I'll just have to buy everyone there own mug!

Great gift pack!
Prefect gift with all the parts you need for your own cuppa. Bought this a second time as a gift, and have one myself too. Shame it’s going out of production :-(

Brilliant piece of kit
What a brilliant piece of kit. Simple to use and a bonus is the lid i put on top when I've made my brew to keep it warm for longer ( not that it lasts long anyway). Easy to clean too.
