Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day with Royal Mail, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, click here.
As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

    Another quality product

    The iced tea tumbler is robust and well-designed; the hole for the supplied straw includes a “seal” to reduce spillage and 1st time I’ve seen a cleaning brush for the straw as part of the package - really thoughtful. Just need the excuse of some warmer weather to use it again

    Disappointing and expensive

    I was really looking forward to receiving my ice tea tumbler, it was beautifully wrapped and safe in a strong box, so imagine my disappointment to find it’s plastic and not glass. I thought that for £12 it would be glass. I’ll use it, but not enjoy it as much as I thought I would.
