    Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day with Royal Mail, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, click here.
    As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

    Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

      Replacement pot

      Chipped the spout on my previous pot. The ability to replace just the glass rather than buying a whole new set (i.e. pot & lid) makes it a bit cheaper.

      Replacement arrived quickly.

      Thanks goodness for replacement glass

      I bought my daughter-in-law her first Brew Tea Co pot for one, she loved mine and it was a perfect gift for her.

      When I went to visit her a few months ago she ‘confessed’ that the pot had a little bit of damage. I could tell she had worried about telling me.

      I had been saving up my Brew Tokens to treat myself, but instead I used them to replace her glass and surprised her with it when I saw her next. She’s really happy to be able to use her pot again, it does make the world of difference.
