Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day with Royal Mail, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, click here.
As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

    Perfect!

    So sad to break one of our much-used & loved glass teapots (which is absolutely THE best way to brew your tea!)… but totally brilliant that we could easily find & add a perfect-sized & sensibly-priced replacement to an upcoming subscription order… & it arrived in super-quick time & in gorgeous card packaging that I’m thinking of something to store inside as it’s far too lovely to put into my recycling bin! Also of course the whole parcel came beautifully wrapped in re-usable striped paper & recyclable outer box. Such a fab company! And you get brew coin points too… & free delivery & further reductions on subscriptions… love, love, love!!! 💛
