Brew Tea Company was set up by Aideen and Phil back in 2012 with no budget, one customer and one big idea - to Make Tea Awesome. We reinvigorate and challenge the way tea is served, presented and perceived across all categories {foodservice, retail and online} in the UK and internationally.

Fast forward to today and there are 14 of us, based out of Tea HQ in Manchester where we source, blend, taste, produce and ship our tea to some amazing places - Google offices, Virgin Trains, Waitrose, Whole Foods, some of the best independent coffee shops and stores in the UK, a department store in Paris or perhaps a supermarket in Hong Kong.




It’s never “just” a cup of tea. It’s not something we should apologetically ask for. It should be treated like the classic it is. Do it properly. This means rolled whole leaves, drinks that taste really good, stockists that take tea seriously and getting our hands dirty at Tea HQ.

We are looking for a newbie who is full of energy to join Team Awesome in Sales & Business Development.




Win New Business for Brew Tea Co

 Set up new stockists - coffee shops, pubs, hotels and everyone in between.

 Execute our doing things properly approach across all new stockists.


Build & Develop Relationships With Key Stockists

 Keep Brew at the forefront of our key stockists’ minds.

 Create sales plans to improve category performance for us and them.

 Look for opportunities for growth within existing accounts.


Keep Us Front And Centre

Keep our stockists yellow!

Work with our Words & Pictures guys to distribute point of sale materials to spread the word of doing it properly.


Supporting Our Marketing

 Attend trade shows, events and tastings throughout the year.

 Work with our key distributors at their events to spread the word of doing things properly.


Stay Focused & Use Our Tools

 You’ve got to be super organised and happy juggling numerous opportunities at once.

 Our stockists expect you to be super responsive - so you’ll need to be ready at the drop of a hat.

 Track all your activity in Prosperworks.




We’re a hard working lot across the board here at Tea HQ, but you’ll need some specific skills to excel in Sales & Business Development:


You’ll talk to anyone.

 You’ve got an eye for an opportunity.

 You’re happy to challenge folks and ruffle a few feathers.

 You know how to take charge.

 You’re passionate about doing things properly.

 You know how to close a deal.


Skills & Experience

Sales and business development experience isn’t required, but it helps.

Fantastic communication skills - making your calls, emails and visits really stand out.


Salary & Timeframe

It’s going to be dependent on experience, but we’ll put something rewarding together.
