Raspberry Lemonade Iced Tea
Rated 4.8 out of 5 stars

A big, bold mouthful of citrussy, sharp raspberry goodness that matches so well with this rich tea base. This is a belter of a blend with so much going on, you might find yourself into unsweetened, straight up iced tea. And not only does it taste excellent, it looks the part too.

3 scoops (15g) of loose leaf or 1 pitcher tea bags is perfect.
This makes 1 litre of strong tea to customise. After brewing, dilute 1 part water to 1 part tea. Sweeten to taste, add ice and lemon & grapefruit slices.
Prepping in advance? Swap the 1 litre of boiling water for 1 litre of cold water and leave your tea to brew overnight in the fridge for 8-12 hours. Strain/remove the bag. Sweeten if you prefer and add ice & citrus slices.
Brewing Tip
If you’ve got a complimentary cordial at home (e.g. ginger), feel free to experiment. Kick it up a notch with a few chilli flakes, freshly sliced ginger - or both if you like it spicy.
