RECIPE: CHAI LATTE


Our Chai Latte is the perfect balance of seasonal spices, slight sweetness, and velvety smoothness from the foamed milk. Top tip - if you like things a little sweeter, add an extra spoonful of maple syrup. We won’t tell!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED



For the Chai Concentrate {Makes enough for 2 x 300ml glasses}:

  • 20g of Chai Loose Leaf Tea;
  • 400ml filtered water.

TO MAKE ONE DELICIOUS CHAI LATTE:

  • 150ml of milk;
  • 1tsp of maple syrup or brown sugar - whichever you have to hand;
  • Cinnamon and brown sugar for the glass rim.


  1. Make your Chai Concentrate by brewing the tea and freshly boiled water in your tea pot for 5 minutes, then strain.
  2. Grab a glass, fill it half full with your strained Chai Concentrate and stir in your brown sugar or maple syrup. 
  3. Heat your milk in a pan and whisk until frothy! If you've got a milk frother to hand instead - great stuff.
  4. Pour your foamed milk into your glass.
  5. Enjoy!

If you really want to impress, make a cinnamon-sugar dust rim for your glass by dipping the glass rim in honey, then tap it into your cinnamon-and-brown-sugar mix.
