BREWTIME CLUB 101

We set up The Brewtime Club as a way of creating a subscription box that we’d actually buy. In other words, we were scratching our own itch. Join The Brewtime Club and you can choose to get all of the tea making kit you need { a tea pot, scoop and jar }, plus a 500g bag of whichever blend you please delivered to your door automatically, as often as you like. Simple. To make it even more easy, we’ve put together this list of Brewtime Club FAQ’s for you. Enjoy!

Enjoy an activity with your brew

“I’ve already got a pot, but I still want tea delivered regularly to my door - can I subscribe without getting the kit?”
Of course you can. Just go to the page for the blend you want delivered. Hit the drop down menu under “How Much Tea”, select 500g / 100 tea bags {depending on what you’re after}. You’ll get an automatic message at the bottom of the page that says “get this tea on subscription?”. Hit the button next to “Join The Brewtime Club” , select how often you’d like it delivered and add to your trolley. Easy!

“How do I bring my next Brewtime Club order date forward or delay my next order?”
To bring your next order forward or delay it, get in touch and let us know! We’ll get that sorted for you.

How do I change the address / billing info / blend / frequency etc on my Brewtime Club subscription?
Log into the website and click on 'manage subscription' when you get onto the account page. From here, you can alter all of the above.

How do I cancel my Brewtime Club subscription?
Same as above! Log into the website, hit 'manage subscription' on the account page and you'll find the option to cancel.
