Use this cracking Chai latte recipe as a liquid fortress against chillier weather. Feel free to scale up the recipe to whichever size vessel you require. Mugs, jugs and bucketfuls are all acceptable. Just don’t serve it in a jar. 


-Put 4 scoops of loose leaf Chai tea into one of our 400ml pots.
-Fill with water, and leave to brew for 10 mins.
-Pour the concentrate, add enough cold milk to double the mixture, and heat up altogether.
-Add a healthy teaspoon of honey to each mug, top with the Chai / milk mixture and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg. 

And there you have it. This is no Chai Latte dictatorship, feel free to turn up the honey, sprinkle cinnamon on the top and make it your own.
